Feeling trapped in your world, trying to make sense of where your life is heading towards- forcing yourself to “believe” that things will be ok when you know they aren’t.
Being confined within the four walls of your house, feeling the emptiness all around you, there's so much you can do but you can sense something is stopping you. Not being able to focus and not having the ability to concentrate especially through challenging times like we currently are has a enormous effect on our mental health.
Here is where your emotions take full control over your body, first, the anxiety builds up then you find it hard to breathe and then the tears start to flow from your eyes.
There’s a battle going on within you.. a battle between your emotions and you! You're trying to fight it by re-iterating to yourself that you are much more braver and a stronger individual and nothing can overpower you”!
Seeing that life has always been a test, a test to see whether you find a way out or you continue to watch yourself fall into a dark hole is a choice which we have to make ourselves. And sometimes we do need time to pause a moment from our busy lives and reflect and recharge.
Long gone those days where being hesitant and worrisome about what others might think, was a thing in the past. It's time to kick the worries out and feel confident and stronger again and approach each day with a positive attitude.
